I enjoyed drawing locational drawing very much this Wednesday. It’s hard and challenge for me to capture people’s shapes when they are moving. And the most impressing picture that I drew which is a woman and her parent with child in stroller. then the child try to stand up to see what’s going on in the front. We have seen lots of seagull and pigeon flying on the sky. The child is wondering how these birds all get the food on the floor.
I drew 3 panels storyboard according to the life drawing on the top, and I want to depict how child see these pigeons fighting for foods in their childlike gaze. I would like to explore more interaction between the kid and pigeon for the expansion of this story to reveal the richness of the child’s inner world.
I drew a story about two girls fighting with a boy in
brief. Ms.Yellow found her friends (Ms.Purple)and her ex’s dating photo on social media. Then they made an appointment at cafe and asked Ms.Purple what happened. While the latter said he never loved you. Ms. Yellow got mad and spoiled the coffee on Ms.Purple’s head. Finally Both of them were completely furious and fought.
I think there are areas where more details should be added to make the storyboard more coherent. I could have added some more perspective, such as drawing the two girls arguing at an elevated angle to make the vibe between them more oppressive.
